Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 count of whole fresh pineapple
- 20 grams of unsalted butter
- 27 grams of honey
- 18 grams of brown sugar
- 0.2 grams of cayenne
- 0.8 grams of salt
Instructions:
Peel, core, and slice a whole pineapple into 1/2-inch (about 1.3 cm) thick pieces. Or you can cut the pineapple into spears. Whichever you prefer.
In a bowl, melt butter. Stir in honey, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt to create a mixture.
Place the pineapple slices in a bowl and pour in the butter mixture. Coat the pineapple evenly.
Heat the grill to a high temperature. Grill the pineapple until they have distinct grill marks. Then, remove the pineapple from the grill and serve.
