Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 72 grams of heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 grams of corn starch
  • 18 grams of fresh parmesan cheese
  • 5 grams of fresh romano cheese (can sub for additional parmesan if you don't have romano)
  • 17.1 grams of unsalted butter
  • 0.35 grams of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small to medium-sized pot, combine whipping cream and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth and no clumps remain.

  2. Add Parmesan, Romano cheese, unsalted butter, and salt. Set the heat to simmer/low, stirring often to prevent the sauce from scorching.
